Objectify provides an AI-powered sales coaching platform designed to assist users during sales calls by generating suggestions, coaching insights, and responses to objections in real time.
The Service may include:
AI-generated sales coaching suggestions
On-screen assistance during calls or meetings
Sales training and objection-handling tools
Software applications and related features
The AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered guaranteed advice or results.
Subscription & Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
You authorize Objectify to automatically charge your payment method each month until your subscription is canceled.
Charges will occur on the same billing date each month based on the original purchase date.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.
If a payment cannot be processed, Objectify reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service until payment is successfully completed.
Refund Policy
Objectify offers a 30-day refund guarantee for new subscriptions.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.
Refunds may not be provided for:
Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
Accounts that violate these Terms of Service
Abuse of the refund policy
After the 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to paid features will end.
Objectify does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Objectify’s services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
You may not:
Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data
Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the software
Objectify reserves the right to monitor usage and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Objectify uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching suggestions and responses during sales calls.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
Objectify does not guarantee sales results, outcomes, or performance improvements
Users are responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to use any AI-generated suggestions.
Objectify shall not be liable for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
No Guarantee of Results
Objectify provides AI-powered coaching tools intended to assist users during sales conversations. While the platform is designed to help improve sales performance, Objectify does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:
Increased sales
Higher conversion rates
Closed deals
Revenue growth
Improved job performance
Sales outcomes depend on many factors beyond the control of Objectify, including the user’s skill, experience, industry, market conditions, and customer interactions.
Any examples, demonstrations, or marketing statements describing potential improvements are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of performance.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that results may vary and that Objectify is not responsible for the success or failure of any sales activity.
Informational and Educational Use Only

No Warranty
Objectify makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the AI-generated coaching suggestions.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Objectify does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific business outcomes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All software, designs, trademarks, branding, content, and materials related to Objectify are the exclusive property of Objectify or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the Service
Reverse engineer or extract source code
Use Objectify branding or materials without permission

Termination

Upon termination:

Outstanding payments remain due

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Objectify shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities

Objectify’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Los Angeles, CA, United States.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles, CA.
